Lift status at Transport for London stations
The mini ramps providing level access between the platforms and the trains are not in service due to unavailability of staff.

The lift to platforms 4 and 5 is out of service. To travel towards Paddington go to West Drayton and return on an eastbound train. To alight at Hayes & Harlington travel to Southall and return on a westbound train.

Step free access is not available to the westbound platform due to a faulty lift.

Step free access is not available to the northbound Mildmay line / Southern platform due to a faulty lift.

Step free access is not available for trains towards Woolwich Arsenal due to a faulty lift.

Step free access is not available between the platforms until spring 2026. Both lifts that serve the footbridge will be out of service. If required, please take a train to Devons Road and return on a southbound service, or a train to All Saints and return on a northbound service

Until summer 2026, no step-free access to/from the eastbound platform. To start a step-free eastbound journey, take bus 274 to Caledonian Road & Barnsbury. To complete an eastbound step-free journey at Camden Road, continue to Caledonian Road & Barnsbury and change there to a westbound train.
