Highams Park

No step-free access to the northbound platform from Monday 31 October until May 2017 due to a new station entrance being constructed to the northbound platform. All access to/from platform 2 (northbound) will be via stairs (either using the overbridge or the subway) during the works. Passengers are advised to travel to Chingford and change for a southbound train to complete their journey. 21:11 23 Feb

King's Cross St. Pancras

From Tuesday 7 March until late August, there will be no step-free access to/from the Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines at King's Cross St. Pancras Tube station. This is while TfL carry out lift replacement work.

The nearest station with step-free access is Farringdon Tube station. Bus Route 63 runs in both directions between King's Cross St. Pancras and Farringdon Stations.

Canary Wharf

Until late June, there will be changes to step-free access at Canary Wharf Station.

To enter the station, please use an alternative lift located in Montgomery Square, which serves the station ticket hall. On reaching the ticket hall via this lift follow poster and speak to a member of TfL staff who will direct you to an alternative lift. To exit the platforms please speak to a member of TfL staff or use the nearest help point for assistance to and from the platform. Please allow extra time for your journey. A ramp is provided at this station providing step-free access onto Piccadilly line trains. Please ask staff in the ticket hall at the start of your journey to ensure the ramp will be available when you arrive at your destination.

Hounslow West

Step Free Access - available for manual wheelchair users only.

North Greenwich

From Friday 10 February until late-June, due to planned lift refurbishment work there will be changes to step-free access at North Greenwich. Customers needing step-free access must use alternative lifts.

To enter North Greenwich customers must follow the signs across Peninsula Square to an alternative lift and use the phone provided to contact staff for access into the station. To exit the station customers must ask a member of TfL staff for assistance to an alternative lift. Please allow extra time for your journey. Find out more information


Victoria station now has step free access from the new entrance at Cardinal Place to the Victoria line platforms.
