Current Issues

Buckhurst Hill

From Tuesday 4 December 2018 until early February 2019 there will be no step-free access via the platform ramps on Sunday to Thursday evenings between 22:00 and 06:00. The station will remain open with access via the ticket hall which has stairs to/from the platforms. On Fridays and Saturdays, Night Tube services will operate as usual and the step-free access ramps will be available. If you require step-free access, please use Woodford, Roding Valley, Newbury Park or Epping stations. 18:10 29 Dec

Caledonian Road & Barnsbury

Step free access is not available to the westbound platform due to a faulty lift. 18:50 17 Jan

East Ham

From Tuesday 8 January until early July 2019 due to planned lift maintenance there will be no step-free access between the booking hall and westbound platform at East Ham.

Customers travelling from east of East Ham wishing to exit at there using step-free access are advised to travel to West Ham and change there for a cross platform interchange for an eastbound train back to East Ham. Customers starting a westbound journey from East Ham requiring step-free access are advised to travel to Upney and change there for a cross platform interchange for a westbound train.

Green Park

Until late January 2019, there will be changes to step-free access at Green Park station. At times there will be no step-free access to certain parts of the station.

Changes to step-free access are as follows: 5 - 16 November - No access to/from Piccadilly line 4 - 11 January 2019 - No lift between street level and ticket hall (step-free access will still be posssible via the ramp between the ticket hall and the park) 14 - 18 and 21 - late January 2019 - No step-free access to station (except for interchange between Jubilee and Piccadilly lines) Please visit  tfl.gov.uk/travel-information/improvements-and-projects/green-park-step-free-access

Highbury & Islington

Step free access is not available to the London Overground platforms 2 and 7 (trains via Willesden Junction and via Canada Water). Take a train from platform 8 to Canonbury and change there. 16:12 17 Jan

Honor Oak Park

Step free access is not available to the northbound platform due to a faulty lift. 18:42 17 Jan

Wembley Central

Step free access is not available to the southbound Bakerloo line / London Overground platform due to a faulty lift. 16:13 13 Jan
