Step free access is not available to the Windrush line platform 1 (via Canada Water) due to a faulty lift. Take a train from platform 8 to Canonbury and change there.
20 Mar 2026, 5:10 p.m.
Step free access is not available between the entrance on Bath Road and the footbridge. For step free access, use the entrance on Approach Road.

The ramps providing level access between the trains and the platforms are not in service due to unavailability of station staff.

The ramps providing level access between the platforms and the Eastbound Central line trains are not in service due to a fault. The lifts are still in service and level access to other lines is available.

Wembley Park - Until Autumn 2026, no lift service between the street (Wembley Way / car park) and ticket hall. Step-free access is still available by using the entrance/exit on Bridge Road.

Step free access is not available between the entrance on Woolwich New Road and the DLR platforms / National Rail platform 2 due to a faulty lift. For step free access to the DLR, use the entrance on Greens End.
