Woolwich Arsenal

Step-free access to the DLR is available via the Greens End entrance. Step-free access may not be available from the Greens End entrance after 20:00 Monday to Friday, and after 19:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. When the lift is not in service people requiring the lift should request support using the platform help point. No step-free access between Woolwich New Road entrance and the DLR platforms / National Rail platform 2 due to planned lift refurbishment works. For assistance, please call 0343 222 1234. Alternatively, use the Elizabeth line or local bus routes.
